Reunion Registration  and Information Table open

3:00 - until

Check In At The Hotel

6:00 - 9:00 pm

Family Reunion Meet & Greet (informal social gathering to

meet new family members and catch up old ones)

6:00 - 7:30 pm

Informal and Dutch Meal. Gather at a local restaurant or

eat in. After dinner walk, exercise together, card game, etc.

9:30 PM - 11:30 PM

Night at the Movies - In hotel All are welcome

Friday, July 26

8:00 – 11:00AM

Breakfast -Included in Hotel room rate

9:00 am - 12:00 noon

Annual Family Meeting, all members are asked to attend the

family meeting. For those not wanting to attend, we have

arranged for a bus to take you shopping at the outlets

1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Family/Genealogy Room, open

Fund Raisers with raffle tickets going on sale:
1. Raffle – drawing to be held at banquet family reunion
a. 1st Prize, “37” Flat Screen TV
b. 2nd Prize, $100 Gift Card
c. 3rd Prize,  $50 Gift Card

Small gift exchange. Bring something unique to showcase your  

hometown so everyone can get a flavor of where everyone is

from. Prize for the most unique gift.
