About the Family Reunion
Family members includes relatives by birth, by marriage, siblings, step-children, adopted children as well as persons that have always been considered a member of this family. You are the sibling, niece, nephew, uncle, aunt, sister, brother, in-laws to (present or past), or you have children by or with any of the persons listed in this branch.
You are also invited if you are a member of any of James Anderson Brown's or Mary Magdaline Washington Brown sisters or brothers children, cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws (present or past), or you have children by or with any of the persons linked to this branch.

Our Family Reuion History
The Brown/Washington Family had its first family reunion the last weekend in July 30 — August 2, 1987. It was well attended, and was the beginning of a tradition that lasted for five consecutive years 1988, 1989, 1990, and 1991.
Starting this year, July 25-28, 2002, after an eleven year hiatus, the Brown/Washington Family is rededicating itself to holding an annual family reunion to bring this family back together, and build on our great heritage.
This year, we are celebrating the return to family with our theme “It's Never TO Late!”
Let’s make this a time to be remembered as we share prayers, pictures, stories, memories, laughter, and enjoy the love of one another as we celebrate FAMILY!
